This fall, Abodes opened the very first ApartHotel in the Greater Rochester region at 350 East Avenue. This new type of furnished temporary accommodation complements the company’s already popular serviced apartments ideally located throughout the city for business and leisure visitors.

In general, ApartHotels are dedicated buildings (or designated floors) with fully furnished apartments. They have been a very popular alternative in Europe, Asia, and Australia and are focused on better serving the business and extended stay traveler.
